Hello! I was born in the Dominican Republic, but moved to the US at a young age. I'm fully bilingual, speaking fluent English and Spanish.

Math has always been my passion, and I've been told that I'm a good educator and that I can get ideas across clearly and concisely. So when I found out about Varsity Tutors, it seemed like a dream come true! My goal is to help students not only reach their academic goals, but to surpass them.

Outside of academics, I'm very passionate about music. I've been playing guitar for most of my life, and have recently begun picking up other instruments, as well. I also love football; I'd mention my favorite team, but why become enemies right off the bat? Video games have also been a big part of my life and I still play whenever I get the chance.

Regardless of how you feel about math or about your own abilities in the subject, I'm sure that we can work together to make learning math not just simple, but enjoyable. It doesn't take a genius to learn math!
