I am a teacher and student of many things, both in academic areas and in life in general. I am passionate about helping others work towards their goals and understand things in ways that come most easily to them, and which are most enjoyable for them. I a firm believer that learning should be fun, interesting and captivating, and not feel like unsatisfying work---life is too short for that! I am myself a graduate student working on a PhD in math, and as such I have had ample opportunities over the years to teach and learn from others, and have come away with some unique perspectives on how different people learn most effectively. I have particular interests in math and physics, but I am open to working in other areas in which I maybe helpful. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and seek those who are kind, compassionate, and willing to keep an open mind.
