Certified Tutor

I am a school based speech-language pathologist and a graduate of Northwestern University. Having earned my masters degree in Speech, Language, and Learning, I understand how teaching can be modified to meet students' diverse learning profiles. Prior to becoming a speech-language pathologist I was a clinician at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes where I led students through research-based reading and comprehension programs. I primarily tutor math and reading and enjoy helping students gain a concrete understanding of the abstract concepts often present within those subjects.
