I am a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, from which I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors (Summa Cum Laude). I spent my first few years after graduation auditing the financial statements and improving the business operations of several multi-million dollar companies in the South Florida area. In early 2015, I combined my extensive accounting and business knowledge with my passion for teaching and mentoring students to establish a K-8 private school as well as a tutoring company in Miami, Florida. I am now using all of my energy and talents to bring the world much-needed knowledge and instill the values of education in our society, one student at a time.

While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, and other business-related courses. In my experience helping students prepare for assignments and exams, Ive found that they are the most successful when they learn to focus on the substance of the problems/transactions and understand whats really happening in real-world terms. I strive to help students master their own mindset, and teach them to look at problems through the same lenses which they use to view the world around them. With this strategy, any student can convert any problem to their own learning language.

I wholeheartedly believe in the value of education, that of the world around us and, more importantly, that of our own selves. I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy reading the works of great business minds, traveling, dancing, and playing with my dogs.
