I am excited to be working with you as a tutor; I bring several years of practical experience in personal and professional development, international/global organizational and identity development, talent development and management, retention, engagement, assessment, cross-functional project management, collaborative leadership, and global human resource development along with teaching experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership, Strategic Management, and Career Management.

For the past nine years I have focused on developing adult-learners and non-traditional students for college and career successes.

I have studied Japanese language and Chinese business and culture. I was an HR manager for a Japanese manufacturer. For six years I served in several roles in China while completing research for my dissertation on Sino-U.S. trade. I have a bachelor's in sociology and psychology, a master's in leadership, and a doctorate in student affairs administration. My undergraduate major and my PhD cognate were focused on sociology; I generally examine and resolve issues from a radical sociologist's perspective.

I am an avid Techie. I use Linux, and I am active on social media.
