I am a recent Summa Cum laude graduate in Economics at Baruch College. I am presently starting a Master's in Applied Mathematics at Queens College, hoping to obtain the necessary math skills to obtain what is one of my major goals: a PhD in Economics.
There are two events through college that made me realize that in the future pedagogy as a College Professor could be one of my professions: teaching fellow classmates about a subject during group studies, and helping cousins via Skype with their homework.
I personally believe that a person doesn't, solely, master a subject when he "aces" an exam, but when he is also able to communicate what he has mastered to another person and have that person "ace" as well.
So here I am, wanting to help you "ace" that subject that has been giving you problems. But most important of all, have you realize that you can make it; that if you put the time, and with an extra push from my part, as a team, you will get that perfect score you strive for.

What is your teaching philosophy?
I like to relate problems to real world scenarios that would bring logical solutions to what before seemed highly challenging.
