I am a Master's in Public Policy graduate from Georgetown University with a strong interest in government, politics and history. While at Georgetown, I served as a Teaching Assistant for a Master's level Comparative Government and Policy course in my program, working mostly with foreign students struggling to grasp the sophisticated concepts presented in class. Prior to attending Georgetown, I earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Government & Politics and History from the University of Maryland, College Park. Between degrees, I worked as a Youth Development Professional at an elementary school Boys and Girls Club, which made me appreciate opportunities to teach and mentor students at all ages and at all levels of academic achievement. I am excited to use my own academic training to help students reach their academic potential. I also am a political junkie with a lot of campaign experience, and I love sports and love playing guitar.
