I graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.A. in French Studies and a minor in Interdisciplinary Humanities. I have experience working with students of all ages; during my university studies I provided tutoring in English, ESL, Writing, and Humanities (Art, History, Literature, etc), and after graduation I spent a year teaching English to young learners in France. Though I enjoy tutoring multiple subjects, writing is my favorite because it is so exciting to help people form their ideas and get them on paper! I believe real learning is fun and active, and I strive to tailor each tutoring session to each particular student.

My hobbies include performing in community theatre, playing the piano and bagpipes, reading, and traveling. I've lived in France, Israel, and Scotland, and am currently planning a trip to New Zealand.
