Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy and the University of Illinois at Chicago. This past year, I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology on the pre-medical track. Throughout my undergraduate career, I served as a Peer Mentor which included providing formal tutoring services and academic advice to peers. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about Biology and Writing. Also, I have helped prepare many students for standardized exams such as the PSAT, SAT and ACT, and enjoy making the best of the experience. I was a National Merit Finalist for the PSAT.

I am a firm proponent of peer-to-peer learning and the importance of a strong education. I hope not only to assist with your academic needs, but also to inspire critical thinking and challenge you to become a better student!

Outside of my career pursuits and tutoring, I enjoy crocheting, painting, blogging and watching too much Netflix.
