Ashley

Hi there! My name is Ashley and I am a 5 year registered Sonographer in multiple specialties. I currently have Ultrasound physics - also referred to as Sonography Principles and Instrumentation (SPI), RDMS (Abdomen) and Vascular (RVT) specialty state certifications. I also am currently working on my Obstetrics and Gynecology boards. I have experience in large hospitals, urgent care, outpatient and private practice settings. Within these settings I have worked on patients of all ages, cultures and religious beliefs that suffer from acute and chronic illness. Most of my experience comes from patients in the ICU, emergency room, labor and delivery, med-surg floor and operating room. I also work at a very large multi-specialty veterinary hospital performing ultrasounds on animals.

My friends jokingly say I have a mini farm at home haha. I have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a huge fish tank and chickens! In my free time I really enjoy doing anything outdoors and if my dogs can come that is a major bonus! I also enjoy attending seminars and conferences as well as reading up on topics pertaining to Ultrasound and the medical field as a whole. Medicine is ever changing and I genuinely enjoy taking in all the new information and seeing all the progress we make to help out our loved ones and neighbors!
