Daniel J
- I graduated from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1987 and have practiced law ever since.
About Me
I am licensed in Ohio, New Mexico, and Arizona. Yes, I took three different bar exams! For the first 25 years, I emphasized criminal defense both in my private practice and in the public sector working at the New Mexico Public Defender's Department where I quickly rose to lead felony trial attorney. In addition to my private practice over the last ten years, I have taught at a paralegal institute, lectured at the Sandra Day O'Connor School of Law, and even lectured on the subject of American Due Process at a law school in China. I enjoy teaching.
Hobbies & Interests
When I am not practicing law, I am either camping or writing. I am working on a screenplay now, who knows what will happen? If nothing, that is OK by me. It relaxes me.
