While I was earning my bachelor's degree in Professional Writing at the University of Northwestern St. Paul, I tutored students in the English department. I really like reading and writing (it's most of what I do in and out of work) and I enjoy making myself useful by sharing my knowledge with other students. I also enjoy the process and experience of learning, and I like helping others with that process. I tutor English and writing, I help students prepare for tests, and I help with editing and proofreading. My favorite part is editing, because I've gotten pretty good at catching the little things that can trip a writer up and I like helping others learn.
