About Me
My name is Katie Fraser, and I hold a Master's degree in Natural Resources from the University of Georgia, where I also served as a biology lab teaching assistant. With over five years of teaching experience at the high school level, I specialize in subjects such as AP Biology, Environmental Science, and Marine Science. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a visual and interactive learning environment, which I believe is essential for grasping complex scientific concepts. I am passionate about tutoring because I find great fulfillment in helping students overcome challenges and discover their potential in science.
Hobbies & Interests
My hobbies include hiking, disc golfing, reading, and cooking. I enjoy being outdoors which is what lead me to pursue my PhD in Forestry.
