About Me

I am currently enrolled at Florida Institute of Technology. I am working towards a bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and I am aiming for a master's in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Robotics. I have experience tutoring Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Calculus 1, and Calculus 2. Algebra 1 and 2 from when I helped out other students in my classes and I would work with my teacher to set up study sessions that would be after school or during our lunch break. Similar to Algebra 1 and 2, I would set up study sessions in the library to help any of my classmates further their understanding of Calculus 1 and 2. Outside of math-related topics, my robotics team and I mentored elementary school students on the basics of robotics to increase interest in the program and help them develop a more efficient way of problem-solving. The subjects I tutor are Elementary School Math, Middle School Math, Geometry, Algebra, Algebra 2, Calculus 1, AP Calculus AB, Calculus 2, and AP Calculus BC. My Favorite subjects are Geometry and Calculus 1 and 2. I like geometry because it was one of the first subjects that caught my interest. It relates to my main interest in building and designing robots (certain structures within them) and gives my creations a mathematical basis behind the concepts. Calculus 1 and 2 are some of my favorite courses I took because of the professors I had making a difficult concept fun allowing me to understand the information better. I love to see people succeed and I think one of the first steps to succeeding is a good education. I am prepared to break down any subject I am tutoring to the easiest form to make sure any student of mine leaves my session prepared.
