I am a graduate of both Auburn University Montgomery (AUM) and Alabama State University (ASU). I hold the following Degrees: Bachelor's- Early Childhood/ Elem. Ed. (AUM, 2009) Master's- Elementary Education (AUM, 2014) Master's- Instructional Leadership (AUM, 2016) Doctorate- Educational Leadership, Policy and Law (ASU, 2019) I have been an educator for the past 14 years and worked in various capacities to include: -Title I Math Tutor -Classroom Teacher (departmentalized and self-contained -Interventionist (K-5) -Assistant Principal (Elementary) I enjoy teaching all subjects but reading is my favorite. I enjoy reading different texts, using my imagination, and incorporating innovation. I can't express enough how I enjoy working with students on a daily basis. It is my passion to make a difference in others; therefore, I am elated to be on this journey of helping students excel in their academics.
