About Me

Hello! My name is Brooke Poloskey. I worked as a Substitute Teacher and Tutor for grades K-8 with multiple school districts in Connecticut, and tutored high school and college students in multiple subjects. In addition, I worked as an administrator for colleges in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Ohio, specializing in academic advising, transfer admissions, and strategic planning. I never forgot what it was like to be a student and the fears, hopes, and anxieties that come with the territory. I believe in using real-world examples and materials that interest YOU while adapting to your unique learning style. I am currently pursuing my Doctoral Degree at the University of the Cumberlands. I hold a Master of Education degree from Tiffin University with a concentration in Higher Education Administration, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts-Boston, and an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Cape Cod Community College.
