I'm a graduate of Marshall University and Missouri University of Science and Technology where I earned Bachelor's degrees in Engineering Geology and Geological Engineering, as well as a Master's Degree in Geological Engineering. It's been said the best geologist is the one who has seen the most rocks...and that's my life goal: to see the most rocks! I have been both a teaching assistant as well as a professor for introductory geology laboratory courses and upper level college geology courses. While geology is my career and my greatest passion, I also enjoy other subjects such as mathematics, geospatial information systems, World War II history, and geotechnical engineering.
