About Me

I have always been an advocate of personal education and training. I have been fortunate to have been given numerous training assignments within major companies that I have been employed with during my working career. I also have had experience in teaching evening classes to students as a paid instructor. I enjoy teaching and motivating my students. I received my Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from Kent State University and a Masters of Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from Ohio State University. Also, received a Diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. I am available to help students or workplace employees who are seeking assistance in the areas of Accounting, Finance and/or Banking. Tutoring can range from very basic to complex problems. Sessions can be arranged for specific one-time events or as a series of learning sessions as needed. I have lots of real-life experiences in the working world which I am able to share with my students to help motivate them to achieve success. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA certificate-now inactive), taught MBA Managerial Finance courses at the Keller Graduate School of Management and served as a First Lieutenant, US Army, Management Information Systems training officer. A good education is important to success in life, and I encourage my students to commit their best efforts to achieving a good education and a balanced quality of life.
