I am a proud HBCU graduate of Florida Memorial University, where I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education K-6 ESOL. I have taught first, second, and third grade. My passion is teaching, being inside the classroom interacting with students, getting to know what their needs are. I advocate for all of my students, and encourage them to advocate for themselves as well. I am a firm believer that "all students a voice". It brings joy to my heart to know that I have made a difference in a young child's life, this is why I will never leave the classroom. I have experience in all core subjects, but my favorite is science. In my spare time, I like to travel the world with friends and family, watch the history channel, and sew.
