I received my bachelor's in 2019 from Texas Tech University's nationally renowned School of Financial Planning during my time there, I formally tutored students taking financial planning courses and began studying for my CFP, which I received in 2021.Teaching and serving others have always been passions of mine, which is what drew me to the field of financial planning in the first place. I have been tutoring for nearly a decade, and for several years I have been exclusively tutoring the CFP. Everyone learns differently, and I love getting to know my students and charting their best course of success with each of them. I've partnered with first-time testers and re-testers alike; whatever your situation, we can find a strategy that is unique to you and your needs. We'll start with a study calendar that charts out your time to the exam, and how best to utilize your time based on your circumstances, learning style, and needs. My hobbies include art of all kinds (watercolor, ink, digital), video games, and Dungeons and Dragons! I also have a soft spot for fantasy and sci-fi novels. In my off time, I love to volunteer in my community, teaching financial literacy, serving low income areas, and working with children.
