About Me

I received my bachelor's in 2019 from Texas Tech University's nationally renowned School of Financial Planning during my time there, I formally tutored students taking financial planning courses and began studying for my CFP, which I received in 2021.Teaching and serving others have always been passions of mine, which is what drew me to the field of financial planning in the first place. I have been tutoring for nearly a decade, and for several years I have been exclusively tutoring the CFP. Everyone learns differently, and I love getting to know my students and charting their best course of success with each of them. I've partnered with first-time testers and re-testers alike; whatever your situation, we can find a strategy that is unique to you and your needs. We'll start with a study calendar that charts out your time to the exam, and how best to utilize your time based on your circumstances, learning style, and needs. Whether you need a sounding board to confirm your understanding, visual aids, practice quizzes, or mini lessons, we'll find the strategies that get you to your "ah-ha" moment! I also dedicate time to test-taking techniques, including those specifically for the CFP, that increase odds of student's success.
