I have spent all of my adult life working in the health field. Personal trainer and nutrition counselor for 16 years, chiropractic physician and functional medicine specialist for 22 years, anatomy and physiology teacher for 16 years. Teaching has been the most rewarding thing I have ever done. Helping students to discover the amazing abilities of the human body is always a joy to behold.
