About Me

I am a graduate from Chicago State University. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education & Psychology. My graduate work has been at the College for Financial Planning. I have worked in financial services for over 28 years. I am a passionate management professional accomplished in successfully recruiting talent, managing change, and mentoring individuals. I have successfully recruited, hired, trained and/or supervised over 500 financial advisors. I have studies Retirement Planning along with having the following FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 8 (9/10), 66, 63. While I tutor a broad range of subjects' financial literacy, I have proven experience in helping individuals master the content and successfully prepare to pass the following FINRA Licenses: Series 7, 8 (9/10), 66, 63 exams. My 28 years of industry experience will provide many real-world examples of what is taught in the course work. I am a student of the markets and enjoy doing technical and fundamental research on all types of investments and planning. I enjoy reading 3 to 5 articles a day regarding topics in the financial industry. I have been married for 25+ years and have 2 adult children, in their 20's, that both have successfully completed their bachelor's degrees. I am an avid golfer, enjoy yoga and cross-fit type exercises.
