I am an experienced tutor and lecturer and teacher. I am currently a full time real estate professional. I have taught courses in statistics, law, estate planning and probate and real estate to undergraduate students, graduate MBA students and continuing education courses to licensed lawyers. I have also tutored numerous business subjects such as finance, economics, statistics, accounting and business law. I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with the distinction Magna Cum Laude as well a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree (law degree).I am currently an award winning real estate professional involved in real estate development, management, investing, acquisitions, sales and leasing for many years in the states of New Mexico, Florida and Texas. I hold a Texas Real Estate License as well as a certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). I also hold certificates in Property Management and Construction Project Management from the New York Real Estate Institute. I am also an accredited Home Staging and Marketing Professional (IAHSP).I have experience and work in the following areas of real estate:Commercial Properties, Retail, Restaurant, Office, Medical, HOA,Industrial/Flex, High Rise Office, Lofts, Apartments, Duplexes, Single Family Homes and Legal matters (Class A, B and C)I am eager to help students with passing the Texas Real Estate Exam (both State and National portions) as well as other subjects.
