I am most passionate about history, writing, and the social sciences with extensive work in research and writing methods and am eager to help students harness their inner curiosity and creativity. My number one priority is to help students understand themselves and the world.

In my spare time I love to read and play guitar. I am always trying to find more time to be outside running, biking, kayaking and playing golf. In the winter you can find me on the pond playing hockey in Chicago.
