I am a powerful and experienced coach, consultant, trainer and facilitator with hundreds of hours helping leaders - from front-line managers to C-suite executives - and companies succeed. I have over 25 years of experience in Training and Human Resources Management and a broad business experience ranging from small start-ups to multi-national Fortune 500 organizations spanning a wide variety of industries, including IT, Life Sciences, Logistics, Manufacturing, Services and Transportation. I have also designed, developed, deployed and delivered dozens of programs in every area of Human Resources with a special emphasis on Talent Development, Change Management and Employee Engagement. A world traveler since the age of 3 months, I have lived, studied and worked in Europe and Asia and have managed business located in over 30 countries all over the world. This combined with my educational background gives me a truly global mindset allowing me to work across not only functional boundaries but global borders as well. I have three senior-level Human Resources certifications as well as a certification in Change Management. I am also a Certified Executive Coach.
