Alicia
- I am a recent graduate of Cleveland State University where I received my Master of Occupational Therapy degree.
About Me
Since graduation, I took the NBCOT exam and am now a licensed occupational therapist working in adult inpatient rehabilitation. Prior to obtaining my MOT degree, I was an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University in the Department of Health and Human Services where I taught undergraduate students courses in both didactic and laboratory-based settings. When studying for the NBCOT exam myself, I utilized a variety of different types of learning styles to increase the retainment of information. These include auditory, visual, kinesthesia/tactile, and both group/individual learning sessions. I am very passionate about education and could one day see myself returning to the classroom as a professor. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising, traveling, and cooking.
