Some of my favorite things to do include playing & watching sports, writing TV/movie scripts - as well as watching them, performing and watching stand-up comedy, and listening to music - as well as making the occasional (awful, but fun) rap song. Because of all of this, I strive to bring entertainment to tutoring - if you have an interest in sports, I will relate learning and the academic subject itself to sports. Learning should not be a tedious chore, it should be a fun, enriching experience. For the same reason you can probably recite your favorite movie line-for-line, but can't seem to remember when the Magna Carta was signed: We tend to be much better at remembering things we enjoy!
