I have been working with children in educational settings from afterschool care to teaching for 5 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Dillard University that trained me how to help and adapt to people's needs. I was a math teacher for two years and an afterschool teacher for 2 years before teaching full time. I believe that a great teacher is a teacher who teaches to the whole student socially, emotionally, and mentally. I bend my teaching techniques to each child's individual learning ways.
