About Me

I am a recent graduate of Brandeis University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education Studies and History. While my Education Studies coursework focused on secondary education, I love working with children of all ages and have been lucky to have opportunities to work with students in age groups ranging from from preschool to high school and with a wide variety of needs. I first started tutoring in high school as part of my National Honor Society chapter, and I believe academic achievement is a matter of matching individual students with the learning approaches best suited to them and that with the right approach, learning can be enjoyable for anyone. It is my goal while tutoring to help students realize just how much they can do. When I'm free, I love biking ,reading any material I can find, and counting down the days to the newest Disney release.
