While my Education Studies coursework focused on secondary education, I love working with children of all ages and have been lucky to have opportunities to work with students in age groups ranging from from preschool to high school and with a wide variety of needs. I first started tutoring in high school as part of my National Honor Society chapter, and I believe academic achievement is a matter of matching individual students with the learning approaches best suited to them and that with the right approach, learning can be enjoyable for anyone. When I'm free, I love biking ,reading any material I can find, and counting down the days to the newest Disney release.
