The bulk of my professional experience as a web designer and developer came between the years of 1999 and 2010, when I worked at firms such as Simple Circle LLC, Bozell Inc, and Admaster Communications. My daily tasks ranged from sketching and designing interfaces, to planning sitemaps and experiences, to developing sites in HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript, to animating in Flash, to creating custom content management systems for clients in PHP and MySQL.While I've been teaching web and interactive design since 2002, since 2011 I've been doing so almost exclusively. My full time position was at The Art Institute of New York City, but I taught additional adjunct classes at Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), New York City College of Technology (City Tech), and York College.
