While attending FSU, I was selected to be on the Marching Chiefs Big 8 Drumline snareline, and later on becoming the Drill Instructor for the Big 8 Drumline in 2012 and 2013.After completing my bachelors degree, I participated in a study abroad program called the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange (Parlamentarisches-Patenschafts-Programm) from July 2014-July 2015 and gained German fluency through a two-month intensive German language phase, a five-month university phase and a six-month legal internship phase. During my graduate studies, I was awarded a teaching apprenticeship requiring me to instruct undergraduate German language classes four days a week, as well as participate in social events created by the FSU German Department. I also assisted a study abroad program for 10 students in Dresden, Germany during summer 2019.I enjoy gaining new experiences and want to share them with those having the same interests. I love to learn, and if I can help others learn something I am just as passionate about, I am more than thrilled.
