About Me

I received a BS in Chemistry from Elon University in May of 2014. Since then I have pursued a career in the NFL (very short) and joined Penske Racing as a member of their pit crew. My tutoring experience before Varsity Tutors consisted of working for the athletic department at Elon and tutoring my teammates and other athletes in Chemistry. This is the field that I have the most passion and experience in and therefore my main focus as far as tutoring goes. What has given me success in tutoring in the past is finding multiple angles to look at and describe complex theories and problems. This gives the student multiple chances to have the information "click" for them and then apply it in the future.
