About Me

I am eager to share with my students. My ESL experience has taught me how to simplify complex concepts making them accessible and providing a strong foundation on which to build greater understanding. I am a calm and caring teacher who enjoys using humor in the classroom – but who is also capable of being firm when necessary. I love working with individual students to identify their strengths, areas that need of improvement, and to create an action-plan for their success. In my free time I enjoy yoga, biking, reading, and going to comedy shows.
