As a passionate educator and PhD student in Structural Engineering at the University of British Columbia, I bring over seven years of teaching and tutoring experience across a wide range of subjects. I hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and have specialized in helping students excel in mathematics, including Algebra, Calculus, and Geometry, as well as in competitive exam preparation for the SAT and IMAT. Over the years, I have successfully guided numerous students toward achieving exceptional results in these exams. In addition, I have taught English to high school students, helping them enhance their academic writing, comprehension, and communication skills.

My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive, interactive, and engaging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and develop independent problem-solving skills. I strive to connect theoretical concepts to real-world applications, making lessons both relatable and inspiring. Witnessing my students' academic growth and confidence is what truly motivates me. I firmly believe that with the right guidance and encouragement, every student can reach their full potential.
