As a dedicated college writing tutor with over 17 years of experience, I am passionate about helping students articulate their thoughts and strengthen their writing skills. I hold a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus. My specialties include working with ESL learners and college students, focusing on essay editing, grammar, and composition. I believe in a compassionate, tailored approach to tutoring, adapting my methods to meet the unique needs of each student. My experience teaching in Japan for 16 years has further enriched my understanding of diverse learning styles.
