As a passionate educator with a Master's in Business Administration from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor's in English from Middle Tennessee State University, I am eager to share my knowledge in subjects such as English and supply chain management. While I have experience training associates in a professional setting, I am currently pursuing certification as an English teacher through the ArPEP program. My teaching philosophy centers around creating structured, engaging lessons that break down complex concepts into manageable steps, fostering a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to help high school students develop their English skills, as I believe that strong communication is essential for their future success. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy reading and exploring literature, which enriches my understanding of the subject and enhances my ability to connect with students.
