As a rising junior majoring in Neuroscience at Barnard College, I have over five years of tutoring experience. I am passionate about helping students thrive in math and science, and I firmly believe in the importance of encouragement and support along the way. My tutoring journey began with peer tutoring in high school and has evolved into roles at Mathnasium, where I guided students from elementary to advanced levels in subjects like Algebra, AP Statistics, and the ACT. I believe in a student-centered approach, tailoring my methods to fit each learner's unique stylewhether through visual aids or engaging metaphors. My goal is to make complex concepts approachable and enjoyable, fostering both understanding and confidence. I find immense joy in empoering students to embrace learning, and I look forward to continuing this rewarding journey as a tutor.

Outside of tutoring, I am involved in Neuroscience research at Columbia University, provide free tours of the Metropolitan Museum of Art for local elementary school students, and serve as an editor for the Columbia University Neuroscience publication. In my free time, I love reading, baking, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops.
