As an aspiring nursing educator with a Bachelor's in Health Services Administration and currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Nursing at Indiana State University, I am passionate about empowering students to excel in their nursing careers. With over 4 years of hands-on experience as an LPN in various settings, including hospice and home health care, I bring practical knowledge to my tutoring sessions. My approach is student-centered; I adapt my teaching methods to fit individual learning styles, whether through engaging discussions, hands-on activities, or tailored lesson plans. I find joy in demystifying complex topics, particularly chronic disease management, and strive to create a supportive environment where students feel confident to explore and ask questions.
