My name is Sandra Reyes, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from George Mason University, specializing in Spanish. With over two years of teaching experience in English Learners (EL) education at Harper Park Middle School, I am passionate about helping students succeed through personalized, one-on-one tutoring. I believe that every learner has unique needs, and I tailor my teaching strategies to ensure they remain engaged and confident in their abilities. My fluency in Spanish, combined with my teaching experience, allows me to support students in ESL, high school writing, and middle school English and reading comprehension. I find joy in creating supportive learning environments where students can thrive academically and develop a love for learning. In my free time, I enjoy exploring literature and enhancing my language skills, which further enriches my teaching approach.
