Certified Tutor
I am a second-year Mechanical Engineering student at Rutgers University. I'm active in organizations like Engineering Without Borders and Glamor Gals, where working on community projects and service initiatives often involves collaborating closely with others and adapting to different challenges.
I am most passionate about tutoring math and science subjects such as calculus, physics, and chemistry. I like to think of the brain as a mental toolbox, so I help students build problem-solving skills to tackle different challenges. By breaking down complex ideas with visuals and real examples, I encourage critical thinking over memorization. My goal is to equip students with the brain tools they need to confidently approach new problems.
I find it most rewarding the moment a student goes from confusion to understanding, inspiring me to keep supporting learners as they grow in confidence and independence.

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and working with my hands. I take care of my backyard chickens, walk my dog, hike, and tend to a growing collection of houseplants. I find it fascinating to watch the roots grow when propagating them. I love painting with oils and acrylics. I also stay active by lifting weights, and I enjoy cinema.
