As a board certified obesity and weight management registered dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University, I am passionate about helping students grasp complex subjects in nutrition and exercise science. With over two years of tutoring experience, I have taught a range of topics, including biochemistry, exercise physiology, and obesity management. My teaching philosophy centers on understanding individual learning needs and utilizing real-world examples to make challenging concepts more accessible. I believe that fostering a supportive and engaging environment is key to student success. I am eager to share my expertise and help students thrive academically in their journeys. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy exploring new fitness techniques and staying updated on nutrition trends, which enriches my teaching approach.
