As a passionate educator with a Master's degree in Nursing Education from Walden University and a Bachelor's from Boise State University, I have dedicated over 5 years to teaching and tutoring students in Anatomy and Physiology. My experience as a registered nurse since 1991 informs my tutoring approach, which emphasizes practical applications of medical concepts and critical thinking. I believe in crafting personalized learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles, whether through hands-on practice, visual aids, or engaging discussions. My goal is to empower nursing students, helping them build confidence and competence in their studies while navigating the challenges of healthcare education. I find immense fulfillment in mentoring students, ensuring they feel supported and prepared for their future roles in the nursing field.
