As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's in Anthropology and Sociology from Ripon College, I have over 4 years of tutoring experience focused on psychology, anthropology, and sociology. My teaching philosophy emphasizes flexibility and tailoring lessons to meet individual learning styles, particularly for students with disabilities. I draw on my experience as a teaching assistant in positive psychology and substance abuse counseling courses to create engaging, student-centered learning environments.
