I am passionate about helping children because I love teaching and working with children. They are such a joy to be around and interact with. Their minds are incredible and can absorb a great deal of information. I have been working with children for over fifteen years in various capacities. I began tutoring children in a school setting by helping them with reading. I have experience working as a summer teaching fellow for three consecutivesummers. I have worked in a daycare setting. I have experience working as a paraprofessional to elementary, middle and high school students. I've been working as a substitute teacher for the past six years. All of the experience I have gained throughout the years has shaped me into the incredible educator that I am today. I am currently in college working to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I can tutor any elementary subject. My preference is to tutor elementary math. I love math and it is my favorite subject. I am a profound supporter of education, and I believe that each child should have access to education in order to help them develop their inner gifts and talents to further the whole of society. I believe that educators should guide students through their learning process, and I also believe that children should have a voice to express their interests in order to progress their learning as well.
