As a passionate educator with a Master's in Healthcare Leadership and Management from Southwest University at El Paso, I bring over two years of experience in teaching Anatomy & Physiology and Sonography Principles and Instrumentation. Currently serving as the Program Director for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, I thrive on fostering a supportive learning environment that prioritizes understanding over memorization. My hands-on teaching approach, combined with real-world insights from my work as a registered vascular technician, allows me to connect with adult learners effectively. I am dedicated to guiding students through their educational journeys, helping them grasp complex concepts, and ultimately succeed in their careers. Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring the intricacies of medical technology, which fuels my enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with my students.
