Certified Tutor

I am a graduate of Virginia Tech, where I received my Bachelor of Science in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Psychology. Currently, I am pursuing my master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Longwood University. My background includes experience as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher and as a tutor at Mathnasium, where I worked with students ranging from kindergarten through high school. While I enjoy tutoring a variety of subjects, I'm especially interested in Math, Biology, and Psychology. I have always had a passion for learning, and I'm dedicated to helping students grow academically and gain confidence in their abilities. My tutoring approach is centered on meeting each student where they are, and building a strong foundation from there. Outside of academics, I enjoy going on walks, reading, and baking.
