Hello! My name is Vinay Devarakonda, and I'm a double major in Statistics & Data Science and Mathematics at The University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a Certificate in Programming and Computation (expected to graduate in 2027). I'm passionate about leveraging technology and analytics to solve real-world problems, with experience in research, machine learning, data analytics, and software engineering. I love building impactful solutions, whether in the lab, at hackathons, on the tennis court, or through personal projects. I tutor elementary school math up to AP Calculus as well as Python, Basic Java, and R for coding. My favorite subjects to teach are math, statistics, and programming because they perfectly blend to build a strong, foundational knowledge of AI; AI is the future! My tutoring style is suited to engage the students, form a friendly atmosphere with them, and make them learn in a way that they understand. I like to pull examples relating to the student's interests outside of class and connect them with the concepts I teach.
