I am a recent graduate at UIS with two bachelors degrees in Political Science and Psychology. I have a passion for US History, Government, and Politics. I want to be able to help students in any field to understand their coursework better and find their own interests and passion in the work that they are doing. I love tutoring and teaching students because being able to share information and guide others is very exciting and important to me.

I am happy to tutor US History, AP Government, Civics, Low level Political Science courses, Applied Statistics, and AP Psychology. I am happy to teach these subjects to students and help them give them the best tools to succeed and retain the information.

In the past I have tutored students in Applied Statistics while at college, but I have always been happy to answer questions for anybody in my life when it comes to their school work. My philosophy is teaching through guidance. Learning the subjects should be fun and done in a way that gives students the opportunity to find what works best for them. I am highly adaptable, meaning that I can change up my style to accommodate yours. Giving students the tools to understand and learn is my biggest goal and I hope I can help!
