I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with a concentration in Pre-Medical Sciences and a double major in Microbiology/Cell Molecular Biology. I graduated from Deer Creek High School as valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA and over 25 college credit hours from both dual enrollment and Advanced Placement Tests. Since high school, I have gained a wide range of educational experience through tutoring for both high school classes and the ACT. I have years of experience in volunteering and working with adults and children with special needs, and I understand the need to personalize each student's learning process to their individual needs.
Though well-versed in multiple academic areas, my strongest interest lies with science and specifically biology. However, I have also achieved perfect scores on both the English and Reading sections of the ACT, with a 32 on the Science and Math portions. I have passed the AP Language, European History, Biology, Chemistry, and Calculus AB tests with perfect scores on several.

I am a big reader and love all fantasy novels. My favorite book series is the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown, with the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson a close second. When I'm not reading, you can typically find me hanging with my friends or studying for class. I run in my free time, and I was in cross country and soccer in high school. I also love to draw and paint, and hope to dedicate more time to improving my artistic skills this year!
