As a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and immersive experience living in Seville, Spain, I am passionate about making Spanish accessible and enjoyable for learners of all ages. I have successfully taught students from preschoolers to adults, and I love adapting my approach to fit each person's unique goalswhether that means boosting a grade, mastering homework, practicing conversation, preparing for a test, or beginning an exciting new language journey. Undergraduate Degree: Ripon College - Bachelor in Arts, Spanish
I grew up swimming on a team and it’s still my favorite way to exercise. I love riding my bike as fast as possible and feeling that wind soar past my face. I feel like I am flying! I also love movies and entertainment, and often watch my favorite movies and learn/translate my favorite songs into Spanish. Creativity fuels me: I write and direct children’s videos, play the ukulele, compose and arrange music, and have taught my original sheet music to a group of 6th-grade volunteer helpers. I also perform comedy theatre and have a deep love for animals.
